Short-term interventions have been demonstrated to provide long-term benefits. My work focuses on short-term psychotherapy, including, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, mindfulness, collaborative problem solving, and motivational interviewing. I also provide psychological evaluations of children and adolescents.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My specialties include depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, trauma disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, impulse control disorders (including anger management), family and couple conflicts, stress management, behavioral issues, parenting, and attention problems.
